Project assistant - help create the best electrical switchboards
Do you have a natural overview, strong administrative skills and thrive in a central role where you help project management create the best electrical switchboard projects? Then you might be the person we're looking for as our new Project Assistant.
About the position
As a Project Assistant, you will be an important part of our project team, helping to drive projects forward. You'll work closely with project managers, production and customers and support the processes with administration, coordination and documentation.
Everyday life is dynamic and things don't always run smoothly. That's why it's important that you thrive on making quick decisions when required and that you can adapt to changing needs without losing sight of the big picture.

Your tasks will include, among other things
- Handling customer complaints (IPV)
- Preparing production folders and managing project material
- Invoicing and handling internal group invoices
- Procurement follow-up: ensuring materials are available on time to keep projects running without interruption
- Sales support, order processing and invoicing
- Prepare assembly instructions for SMART Production products
- Support document management and archiving
- Coordinate travel plans, book meetings and manage meeting invitations and minutes
- Maintain item cards and product data and support document management and archiving

We imagine that you:
Have a well-developed ability to create structure and overview in complex tasks
Are a strong communicator in both Danish and English,both written and verbal
Thrive in collaboration across the organisation and can coordinate many stakeholders
Familiar with the Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Have a proactive and flexible approach, contributing solutions and helping projects move forward
